Wine Club Details

 

Case Club

  • Case Club membership is free with no renewal required. Guests can join the Case Club online or onsite at The Marketplace or The Crush House.
  • When registering for the Case Club online, membership cards may take 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped (standard shipping only).
  • Receive a 10% reward loaded onto your membership card when purchasing a minimum of 2 cases of wine (mixed or full) in addition to the standard 10% case discount given at time of purchase.
  • Rewards loaded onto your membership card can be used towards food and merchandise at all GV Destinations. Rewards cannot be used towards alcohol per Ohio law.
  • Case Club members can receive savings from online orders containing a minimum of 2 cases by contacting jeff@gervasivineyard.com after the online order is completed. Rewards from online orders may take 3-5 business days to be loaded onto your membership card.
  • Lost or stolen membership cards cannot be replaced.

Quarterly Club

  • Quarterly Club pricing covers 4 shipments of wine throughout the year. Applicable taxes are additional.
  • Cost for Quarterly Clubs is paid at time of registration. See below for cancellation fees.
  • Wines are shipped once per quarter for all wine club members. (Approximate dates: Q1: January 15, Q2: April 15, Q3: July 15, Q4: October 15)
  • Gervasi Vineyard strongly encourages you to ship wine to a place of business. Wine shipments will NOT be left at a residence without the signature of an adult due to FedEx regulations. After 3 delivery attempts, the shipment will go to a distribution center where it will have to be picked up by the recipient. Please consider having your shipment delivered to work (if allowed) or to an address where an adult will be present during the day to sign for it.
  • Club member orders will begin on the next shipping cycle following the membership purchase. The cut-off date for orders is the first of the month for each quarter’s shipment. Examples: A) If the membership is purchased in November, the first shipment will occur in early January to begin the one-year cycle. B) If the membership is purchased January 2nd, the first shipment will occur in April for the second quarter.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation for any Quarterly Club can occur after 6 months (2 shipments) and will receive a prorated refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.

Gervasi Vineyard may at any time choose to modify or adapt the Wine Club program. Changes can affect the perks, terms or conditions. All changes will be posted on our website. Your participation in the program constitutes consent to changes or modifications.
