Gervasi Vineyard produces 20+ varietals of wines on site in our state-of-the-art winery. We strive to make our varieties among the best, using grapes and juice from around the country to ensure proper soil and care is given to each varietal. Big bold reds are best made from grapes on the west coast in California. On the contrary, sweet white ice wines grow best in New York or southern Ohio by the lakes. We are proud of our award-winning wines including our GV Estate Wines, Gervasi Select and Classic Wines, all made by our team of winemaking experts.
Let your pallet explore our wines in a wine tasting experience at The Crush House, where the winery is housed. Try our award-winning Lucello Pinot Grigio, one of our original wine offerings – a zesty, off-dry white wine with bright, crisp Italian flavor. Or go for one of our bold red wines, Abbraccio, meaning “embrace”, a true Cabernet Sauvignon, taking top prize at the Fingerlakes International Wine Competition for Best in Class with a Double Gold Medal. Try new varietals without having to travel around the country.
Our newest GV wines include Serenata, Malbec wine, the Barile Collection with its first release of a Cabernet Sauvignon aged in Bourbon Barrels, and Solera, a special custom red blend in the making for the past ten years. Find out more about our amazing Gervasi wines.
