Villa/Casa/Farmhouse Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with valid credit card. The credit card provided will be charged in full upon reservation confirmation. Should the reservation be cancelled 30 days in advance of arrival date, a full refund (equal to total room stay charges) will be made. Should the reservation be cancelled 15-29 days in advance of arrival date, guests have the option of rescheduling the date or receiving a refund less a $75 cancellation fee per room per night ($300 fee for Farmhouse). If the reservation is canceled within 14 days prior to arrival date, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE however the reservation can be rescheduled using 50% of the funds paid towards a new stay.

Photography Guidelines

Homecoming/Prom Picture Policy
We have a responsibility to ensure that all of our wedding, event, and regular hotel and restaurant guests have an outstanding experience while on property without interference of others. For this reason, we MUST limit Homecoming/Prom pictures to ONLY those Homecoming/Prom guests who are dining in our restaurants.  No other Homecoming/Prom visitors or their families should be on property taking photos.  Visitors will have to check in at the property entrance and unfortunately, cannot be permitted if they do not have reservations secured for dining or an event. ALL Gervasi guests should observe private event signage posted and NOT interfere with weddings, events, or other guests enjoying the property and the spaces they have privately reserved. We apologize for any inconvenience this creates, but we’ve been forced to adopt this policy due to recent trends and experiences with excessive and disruptive homecoming/prom visitors.

Professional Photography Guidelines for NON-Event Customers
Professional Photography sessions will be permitted on the Gervasi Vineyard grounds according to the following schedule and guidelines. Non-compliance will result in termination of photography session and cancellation of future access.

Schedule:
Mondays 7am–7pm and Tuesdays 7-11am ONLY
. Professional Photography is NOT permitted other days and times, as to not disrupt other events and guests on the property.

Guidelines: 

  • NO photography directly around the exterior of the Villas/Casa, Villa Grande and rear Veranda, or Farmhouse to respect the privacy of customers utilizing these facilities.
  • Must observe all posted signs and staff instructions for private events that may be setting up or occurring on the grounds.
  • Grounds only access;  NO access to the interior of ANY building on property.
  • Grounds equipment/vineyard equipment may be in use on property and should be avoided.
  • No interior access to the vineyards, only photography around the perimeter is permitted.  If signs are posted saying no vineyard access due to spraying then the perimeter is also NOT available for customer safety.
  • Photographer and client should be courteous and non-disruptive to other Gervasi guests on the property.

Event Photo Policy
By attending an event at Gervasi Vineyard, photographs and/or videos may be taken. Your attendance at the event constitutes your consent to be photographed and/or filmed. All photos and/or video files are owned by Gervasi Vineyard who has the rights to use them for marketing purposes.

Wine Shipping Policy

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to GervasiVineyard.com that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age (signature required).

State law requires an adult signature at the time of delivery for any package containing alcohol.

Once you place an order with GervasiVineyard.com, an email will be sent to you immediately to acknowledge receipt of your order.

Many states restrict the shipment of wine from another state. Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your State. We currently ship wine to the following states. Online Wine Purchase Return Policy

Returns & Cancellations
Per Ohio Law, spirits and wine are not returnable. If you receive wine that was damaged during shipping, please contact us to process a replacement. We are unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.  We will not ship wine if the forecast includes any extreme weather to attempt to deliver our wines in the best possible condition. Please send an email to info@gervasivineyard.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product. We will require a photo of the damaged product.

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact The Marketplace at Gervasi Vineyard at 330-497-1000 option 4 for return instructions.

Payment Policies

We accept Cash, VISA, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. We do NOT accept personal checks or prepaid credit card gift cards. A 2.5% processing fee applies to all transactions paid in full with a credit card OR room charged. Fee will removed for any transactions paid in full with cash, debit card, or gift card. Please inform Cashier.

Return Policy

ALL SALES FINAL – No cash refunds. Store credit or exchanges are available within 14 days for select retail purchases, with receipt only. No returns or exchanges on the following:  Apothecary, Candles, Damaged Items, Gourmet, Gift Baskets, Media, Sale Items, Wine, Spirits.

Only unused items returned in original condition are eligible for store credit/exchange. Purchaser is responsible for paying shipping costs on all returns. Once received, we will inspect the return and notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit/exchange. Please ship returns to:

Event Ticket Purchase Policy

All event ticket sales are final/non-refundable. If you purchase a ticket for a concert, outdoor event, wine tasting or other special occasion, please refer to the event description for additional rules and restrictions.

No Weapon and Violence Policy

GV Destinations has a zero tolerance for violent acts or threats of violence by guests against other guests, our employees or vendors.  We do not allow fighting, threatening words or conduct.

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited and not permitted on company premises regardless of permit to carry.
