What do I wear? Do I need to bring anything?
If you’re taking a hands-on class, dress to cook: casual and comfortable, with some low heeled, closed-toe shoes. We’ll supply the aprons and all the equipment you’ll need. In all classes, each student will receive a recipe packet with copies of all the recipes used in the class. You may want to bring a pen for taking notes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Just like a cultural or sports event, all class registrations are non-refundable and may not be applied toward another class or event. If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve registered for, you’re welcome to send someone in your place. Classes cancelled by The Cucina will be fully refunded.
Can my son/daughter take a class with me?
We welcome children 15 and older, as long as each is accompanied by an adult.
Is wine served at the culinary classes?
Your fee for our hands-on classes includes a glass of wine to enjoy with the food made in class when it is served in our tasting room. For safety reasons, we do not serve wine during the cooking portion of the class held in our professional kitchen.
