Listen to live music and enjoy a five-course gourmet meal with wine pairings. Stroll through the vineyard before or after dinner and take in the beautiful views of Gervasi.

Cocktail upon arrival: Giava Spritzer

Sage Pappardelle – house made pasta, toasted pecans, crispy prosciutto, butternut squash cream. Paired with Velluto. 

Harvest Salad – kale, apples, feta, pumpkin seeds, maple apple cider vinaigrette. Paired with Lambruso. 

Creamy Cauliflower – roasted cauliflower and almonds, gruyere, chervil oil. Paired with Bellina.

Porcini Crusted Ribeye – pan seated porcini crusted steak, roasted potatoes and root vegetables, mushrooms ragout. Paired with Barolo. 

Pumpkin tort with vanilla bean whip, caramel sauce. Paired with Moscato.
