Celebrate Spring with your friends and invite them over for a dinner party. This party will start off right with pancetta wrapped asparagus, spring Panzanella with asparagus and morel and asparagus salad with frisee and butter lettuce. A fava bean pasta e fagioli soup is a different take on the classic. Our mains will consist of garlic-rubbed pork shoulder with spring vegetables and risotto with peas and pancetta. We’ll finish it off with classic and tangy lemon bars.
