Learn the proper way to make creamy risotto, without the cream. We’ll do butternut squash and pancetta risotto, Pesto risotto with pulled chicken, Tuna risotto from pantry, wild mushroom risotto, risotto cakes and we’ll also make arancini (risotto balls) we can stuff them with cheese, fry them up and enjoy! We’ll also round out the rice with a hearty salad and finish with a fragrant jasmine rice pudding.
