Pizza and Stromboli

Ohio bread and certified pizza expert Chef Kathy Lehr will share her recipes for legendary pizza dough, instruct in the chemistry of flour/water/yeast/salt ratios, and then make and bake her renowned pizza Napoletana and prosciutto and three cheese. Then after making and baking the other two, you will be making dough to take home as well.
Please bring a medium size bowl for your dough.
