Pizza and Pannotello

Learn how to make Pizza Napoletano—authentic pizza with a famously delicious crust, just like it’s made in Naples, Italy—with artisan baker and certified Pizza Napoletano expert Kathy Lehr.You’ll make two pizzas, a classic Marinara Pizza and a Margherita Pizza, as well as a Pannotello Sandwich, a pita-style round, baked and then filled with arugula, basil, mozzarella, tomatoes, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. Delicious!! You’ll also make Napoletano pizza dough to take home to bake for family and friends.
