Passport: Cuisine of Florence, Italy

Traveling in Tuscany leaves an impression on many of us and most noteworthy, the pasta with its tender texture and simple yet oh-so-flavorful preparation. In this class we will make fresh egg noodles into two different preparations and discuss the many ways you can use these basic skills. We’ll also make an appetizer that is sure to highlight your holiday menu along with a brighter version of panda cotta that is a great make ahead dessert.
