Learn how to make authentic corn tortillas by making the corn mixture, rolling them out and cooking them. We’ll fill them with barbacoa, shrimp and chicken and accompany them with salsa verde, guacamole and pickled red onions. Of course, we’ll have rice and beans as a side and flan for dessert!
