Meditation can be useful to help you offset the stresses of daily life, allowing you to respond rather than react. But, how do you do it and where do you start? This Yogic meditation begins with gentle movements to bring freedom to the body in order to sustain a comfortable seated position. Learn breath extensions that will help you quiet the mind and bring about calm concentration. An opportunity to stop doing and start being. Come experience you at Gervasi.
Check in when you arrive with your last name and then afterwards enjoy lunch at one of the restaurants on property. Registration will be with the name the classes were purchased under. Walk-ups will be accepted as available for $15 per person.
