Kitchen Skills: Sauté and Panfry

Each person will learn how to sautè and panfry. We will make chicken picatta with a pan suace, veal scaloppini with a pan sauce, chicken cutlets, pork tonkatsu and sautèed shrimp for salad. For dessert, we’ll sautè apples and top them with a granola crumb.
