Harvest Pairings & Release Event
September 26 @ 2:00 pm - 2:45 pm$29
Be the first to enjoy our new wine and spirits in this fall-themed release event in The Pavilion paired with small bites.
Spiced Rum paired with a grilled lamb lollipop with smoked mango salsa
Gervasi’s Spiced Rum is a finely tailored blend of aged rums creating an amber amalgam of aromas and flavors. Experience notes of caramel and butterscotch with harmonic layers of vanilla, cinnamon and hints of cherry.
Maple Cask Bourbon paired with pecan crusted chicken spiedini with dried cherry sauce
Gervasi’s Maple Cask Bourbon is finished in maple syrup casks that previously held bourbon. Enjoy nuances of sweet maple syrup interlayered with bourbon’s spice and honey tones.
Barile – Sweet Riesling aged in Bourbon Barrels paired with lemon ricotta cake drizzled with lavender honey
Summer has yielded to autumn. Riesling grapes linger on vines. Flavors concentrate to become a lush, sweet wine that we lightly age in bourbon barrels. Enjoy expressions of honey and apricot with layers of bourbonesque legacies.
