Join us in the beautiful open-air Pavilion, adjacent to our lake and vineyard, to celebrate our 10 year Diamond Anniversary. Be the first to try our new wine, Solera, a unique red blend made from fractional inter-vintage blending of varietals over almost a decade. We’ll also feature two of our original classic Italian wines, Lucello and Truscano. Winemaker Andy Codispoti will lead guests through a tasting of the three wines each paired with small bites prepared by the GV culinary team. Guests will also receive a commemorative 10 year Anniversary chocolate bar.

Andy Codispoti, director of winemaking and distilling operations, explains, “Gervasi’s Solera wine has been in development since we allocated the first barrel of 2011 vintage Sangiovese to the Solera project in early 2012. In each successive year we have incorporated additional vintages and varietals into the blend. Today the wine comprises eight vintages and is anchored by Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It expresses refined maturity with hints of dried fruits, rose petals and earthiness.”

Our collaboration with the Cleveland Institute of Art and Graphic Design Student, Michael Hyla, who designed the Solera label will also be celebrated.
