The Cucina at Gervasi Vineyard offers fun and inspiring educational experiences marked by delicious food and memorable wines. New demonstration cooking classes are now being offered in The Villa Grande, led by GV Executive Chef Jerry Risner. Study Chef Jerry’s technique as he prepares four dishes during this enhanced dining event. Enjoy a generous portion of each course, accompanied by a glass of wine (cash bar also available). You won’t go home hungry after this delectable demo! You’ll also receive a recipe packet to help you recreate your Cucina experience at home.
