The Cucina at Gervasi Vineyard offers fun and inspiring educational experiences marked by delicious food and memorable wines. New demonstration cooking classes are now being offered in The Villa Grande, led by GV Executive Chef Jerry Risner. Study Chef Jerry’s technique as he prepares three enticing dishes, and enjoy small samples of each one with a glass of wine (cash bar also available). You’ll also receive a recipe packet to help you recreate your Cucina experience at home. Plan to stay for lunch at one of our restaurants after the demo.

Cancellation policy: Class registrations are nonrefundable and may not be applied toward other classes or events. If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve registered for, you’re welcome to send someone in your place. If a class is canceled by The Cucina, you’ll receive a full refund of your fee.
