No need to be intimidated by these French favorites – we’ll head into the kitchen and master the techniques that will help you make these in your home.
Apple Tarte Tatin
Puffs Big and Small – use Pate Choux dough to make Raspberry Cream Puffs and Profiteroles with French Roast Chocolate Sauce
Crepes – master the basic recipe and fill many ways – Bananas and Nutella; Berries and Cream; Crepe Suzette
