Breads of Italy

You’ll join chef and artisan baker Kathy Lehr for a baker’s journey around Italy. First stop: Tuscany. You might think that bread with no salt has no flavor. Ah, but the saltless Tuscany Bread served with prosciutto and Parmesan is delightful! Next you will bake and taste the most incredible Ciabatta Breadmade with dough fermented for 2 days to achieve a rich, full flavor. Finally we will move to southern Italy for a delicious herbed tomato roll, Panini al Pomodoro. Delicioso!
