Authentic French Breads

Learn the finite details in baking the world’s favorite breads – the French loaf. Kathy, the regional expert in breads and doughs, will cover the basics in breadmaking – yeast, flour, water, time. Kathy will discuss each one and its importance in the making and baking of the perfect loaf.
*Bring a medium size bowl to take home a dough made in class.
