Due to our busy wedding season, we do not offer Cucina Classes during the summer months. Check back in late summer for details about fall classes.

The Cucina, our culinary education center, offers a front-row seat to the art of cooking in a vibrant setting. Watch as expert guest chefs and Gervasi’s own culinary team demonstrate techniques for crafting everything from traditional Italian favorites to innovative seasonal dishes.

Demo Class Format

Guests will be seated in groups of 6 in our Villa Grande Ballroom. The Chef Instructor will demonstrate preparation of the menu in front of the class with a supporting video feed. The Instructor will pause after each course allowing for questions and interaction while the menu item is served to all guests. There is no hands on component to the experience. Each guest will be given a packet of recipes for the menu demonstrated and served.
