This holiday season, Gervasi Vineyard is adding excitement and joy to celebrations with family, friends, and co-workers. Each week leading up to Christmas, we’ll share a new idea for experiencing Gervasi with your loved ones.

Gervasi’s Executive Chef, Jerry Risner said, “When I think about getting together with family, I am reminded of all the great flavors of some of the classic holiday meals that we prepared together. These memories shaped the special menu we’re offering our guests to share with their families.”
Gervasi’s four Featured Holiday Family Meals will enthrall the most discriminative guest and entice those who love to eat.
Gervasi’s Featured Holiday Family Meals
The culinary team at Gervasi Vineyard has prepared a special family style menu to share with loved ones, and a new meal will be featured each week in December.
“The menu offerings were selected based on family favorites ordered in The Bistro. Plus, the stuffed pork chops and the braised beef braciola are two of my personal favorites,” said Chef Risner. “The braciole is one of those meals that takes a lot of time to make. Preparing it for the holiday family meals will give guests a chance to serve it without spending a lot of time in the kitchen.”
Guests may select the weekly featured meal and order online. Curbside pickup will be available between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the solicited date at The Villa Grande. Meals will be prepared cold with heating instructions included. Each meal feeds five to six people, and costs $99, with optional add-ons available.

ITALIAN MEATLOAF – For Pickup on Saturday, December 5
- Sicilian Salad – Mixed Greens Pistachios Dried Cherries, Goat Cheese, Strawberries, Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Italian Meatloaf with GV BBQ Sauce (4lb)
- Mashed Potatoes
- Green Beans with Ham
- Nutella Brownies

CORN BREAD STUFFED PORK CHOPS – For Pickup on Saturday, December 12
- Chopped Salad – Iceberg lettuce, Blue Cheese, Bacon, Tomato, Egg, Garlic Croutons, Avocado Ranch Dressing
- Corn Bread Stuffed Pork Chops topped with Mushroom Gravy (6 chops)
- Mashed Potatoes
- Grilled Vegetables
- Apple Dumplings with Caramel Sauce

BRAISED BEEF BRACIOLE – For Pickup on Saturday, December 19
- Italian Salad – Roasted tomatoes, Provolone Cheese, Carrots, Red Onion, Vinaigrette
- Braised Beef Braciole (4lb) stuffed with parmesan, garlic and parsley, then braised in red sauce
- Baked Rigatoni with Red Sauce
- Roasted Zucchini and Roma Tomatoes
- Lemon Cake with Whipped Mascarpone, Fresh Berries

Glazed HAM OR TUSCAN BEEF SHORT RIBS – For Pickup on Wednesday, December 23
- Antipasto Salad – Hearty Greens, Roasted Peppers, Fresh Tomatoes, Provolone Cheese, Salami, Black Olives, Chickpeas, Fresh Cucumber, Red Wine Vinaigrette
- Ham with Brown Sugar Glaze (4lbs) OR Tuscan Beef Short Ribs (3lbs + $10 extra). Select one of two options.

- Chocolate Mint Pinwheel

Chef Risner said, “Families can also opt to order add-on items from our traditional family-style curbside pickup menu. They can order a bottle of wine or call directly to add on an order of meatballs or lasagna to accompany the featured meal.”
Gervasi’s Traditional Family Style Meals
GV’s traditional Family Style Meals are available seven days a week year-round. Families can choose from wedding or creamy chicken soup by the quart, Italian or Greek salads and antipasto. Choose from our pizzas, select an upscale Tuscan-style meal such as Pasta Bolognaise, Pasta Alfredo, or Baked Pasta with Vodka Sauce topped with provolone cheese.
And oh, the desserts! Choose from individual portions of tiramisu, flourless chocolate torte or lemon Brule cheesecake. Or order one of each and just try to decide on a favorite!

When guests order Featured Holiday Family Meals from Gervasi, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Stark County Hunger Task Force to help feed families in need this season.
