Join Dee Meredith, master cake decorator, in a hands-on instructional as you learn how to level, torte (create two layers from one), and fill a cake. Get tips for a smooth buttercream finish so your cake looks like it came right from the bakery. With a few tools, you will learn to transfer a pattern and decorate your cake complete with borders and flowers. You will receive a cake box to take your decorated cake home.
