In this class, you’ll learn the difference between sautéing and pan-frying. Each person will do both and will make chicken picatta with a pan sauce, veal scallopini with a pan sauce, chicken cutlets, pork tonkatsu and sautéed shrimp for salad. For dessert, we’ll saute apples and top them with a granola crumb.
