Celebrate National Pizza Day! Chef Kathy Lehr will show you how to make a pizza dough that will hold in your refrigerator for several days or freeze to use at a later time. We will use the dough to make and bake a traditional pizza, of course! Then we will use the dough for a Stromboli filled with cheese and meat. Finally, we will make olive tapenade bread sticks with the same dough. Kathy will demonstrate how to make the dough and then you will be making dough to take home. Please bring a medium size bowl and a large appetite!.
