In this class, Kathy will show you how to take one dough and create three entirely different treats! The first one will be a chewy round, which can be eaten alone as a great crusty loaf or scooped out and turned into the famous New Orleans’ Muffuletta which can be made a day ahead (great for picnics). The second is an herb and cheese dough which will be filled with three cheeses and proscuitto. The final dough will be a tomato, basil and cracked pepper dough which will be braided and filled with an herbed tomato filling. You will be making the loaf for the muffuletta to take home as Kathy will demonstrate how to fill it in class. Then after making and baking the other two, you will be making dough to take home as well. *Please bring a medium size bowl for your dough.
