The "darling" of our cellar, Tesoro (Vidal Blanc) reveals layers of citrus accented with delicate flavors of Melon and Pear. Its sweet sensations refresh the palate with a clear, uncomplicated finish. This wine pairs easily with a wide range of foods, but we love it with our Pepi Di Vittello (Banana Peppers stuffed with Veal Risotto). The perfect complement to the mild heat of the Peppers! This wine is extremely tasty! It is light and fruity with no harsh aftertaste. It is perfect for someone who likes a sweeter wine, but not too overpowering. It goes great with the bruschetta!

This is one of the best wines I have ever tasted! Just the right amount of sweetness, and a very smooth, tasty finish.

Me and my wife came to Gervassi's for our first visit this Valentines Day. We tried a host of wines and the Tesoro was our favorite. Excellent tasting wine and we would recommend it to anyone. We plan on many more visits and shopping at the marketplace as well.
