Bring your own mat, check in when you arrive with your last name and then afterwards enjoy lunch on The Piazza. For attending the class receive a $3 discount on any sandwich, pizza or entree. Registration will be with the name the classes were purchased under. A record will be kept of how many classes purchased and how many attended.

TOUR SCHEDULE: Tours will begin every hour (12pm - 1pm - 2pm)
LOCATION: Meet on The Piazza (located behind The Bistro) Tours will walk to The Crush House to tour the new winery facilities (approx. 300 yd walk as part of the tour*)
DURATION: Approximately 40 minutes
Every Saturday, meet a member of the Gervasi wine making team on the Piazza for a walking tour from the past into the future of Gervasi Vineyard. Stroll the brick path, along the lake to the new Crush House. Learn about the colorful history of the Gervasi property and peek into the future by touring the new Crush House, set to open in the late summer. A tour will start on the Piazza at 12:00PM, 1:00PM and 2:00PM and last approximately 40 minutes.

May 8, 2013 at 9:44 AMWinery Tours are free and are held on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month (except for December), from 1 - 3:30 PM. Tours will start every half hour (1pm - 1:30pm - 2pm - 2:30pm - 3pm - 3:30pm). The last tour is scheduled for 3:30PM. Go to the Wine Tasting Bar to wait for the next tour and a tour guide will meet you approximately 5 minutes prior to the start of each tour. Tours are approximately 20 - 30 minutes long. Welcome to our final episode of our wine and vineyard focused series of "Behind the Vines". My name is Scott Swaldo, General Manager of Gervasi Vineyard and I have the honor of introducing today's episode "The Past, Present, and Future". In a moment winemaker, Andy Codispoti will take you through a brief history of our winery but before he does I want to THANK YOU for watching this series AND for your tremendous support over these last 3 years.
When we opened a little over 3 years ago, we never imagined the rapid growth that we have experienced and the interest in our wine. Because of that, we have already outgrown our current winery located in the lower level of the Bistro and construction is well underway for our new state of the art 14,000 sq. ft. winery we've named "The Crush House". This new 30,000 gallon wine making facility will also feature a new wine bar which will offer a wonderful wine tasting experience, a light lunch or dinner option, or just a place to relax and enjoy our beautiful property. We look forward to introducing it in the Fall of this year.
