Exciting winery news: last week, the Gervasi Vineyard Harvest Team harvested Marquette grapes! Andy Codispoti, Gervasi’s Winemaker, said “The fruit was sound and clean with wonderful flavor. The chemistry is on target!”
Andy and his team will develop the wine as a varietal to establish a benchmark for Marquette’s wine potential and decide this vintages use later.

The Piazza will plan to open tomorrow at 11:30am for lunch, weather permitting. We will announce on our website if anything changes.

Gervasi Vineyard is pleased to announce that Pav’s Creamery is now custom making all of our Gelato flavors. Pav’s has been in business since 1969 and is a local creamery specializing in high quality handmade products and was voted “Beacon Best” in 2011 by the Akron Beacon Journal readers. In keeping with Gervasi’s mission of providing high quality local products where possible, Gervasi is proud to be able to provide our customers with this exceptional custom product made right in our backyard.
Additionally, Pav’s has created a unique handmade Italian Gelato Cake for Gervasi that can now be preordered along with your reservation for special occasions (Birthdays, Anniversary’s, etc.) to enjoy table side in the Bistro. This incredible dessert is handcrafted with layers of white wedding cake pieces, butter cream icing, fudge, and of course Gelato! The Gelato cake comes in a round half gallon size and serves 6-8 and is exclusively available at Gervasi Vineyard.

Go to the Piazza and see the host. They will direct you to where you can wait for the next tour and a tour guide will meet you approximately 5 minutes prior to the start of each tour. Tours are approximately 20 - 30 minutes long. Private tours can be scheduled. See website for details.
