The Gervasi wine labels were printed today completing the milestone of now having the Gervasi brand officially inked. The development of the logo and labels, along with government approvals, were completed for nine wine varietals. Each varietal is named by a proprietary name in the Italian language. Gervasi hosted their first event on November 1st to share the renovation progress with its neighbors. With the vote for issue #9 taking place on November 3rd (which makes it possible for Gervasi Vineyard and Italian Bistro to serve wine and alcoholic beverages on Sunday) Gervasi felt it was important for neighbors to openly see the project at hand. The best news is that issue #9 passed with 86% "yes" approval. Activities at the event included facility tours, hay rides, a bouncing castle, and face painting for the kids.
