Gervasi 1700 LLC purchases 55 acre farm and immediately begins the renovations of four existing structures to comprise of the new 1) Winery, Bistro, Tasting Bar; 2) Warehouse, Crushing House and Marketplace; 3) Farmhouse; and 4) Carriage House. In addition, vineyards will be planted by summer and grounds will be completely reconfigured with gardens, walking trails, and a new outdoor wedding pavilion. Renovations are expected to be complete in March 2010.
