Sunday Yoga June 28th

Join us for a Sunday of Yoga in The Pavilion on June 28th, 2015.

There will be two yoga classes available to attend (Single Yoga in the Vineyard as well as Bundled Yoga Classes can be used towards Sunday June 28th). 12:00-1:00pm Slo-Mo-Flo Yoga Class with Mark Jones
Slow, fluid transitions and steady, seamless breath blend into an experience more challenging than one might expect.  Removing momentum targets and challenges core muscles - we'll fuel the effort with deep breath.   No experience necessary, although muscular stamina is put to the test.  A great way (and location) to rev up, then slow down and smell the "poses."

2:30-3:30pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Jessica Bailey, Yoga Strong
Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. During this class you can expect to find your edge moving through flowing yoga sequences, working up a sweat and ending with deep relaxation. All level yogis are welcome to come and enjoy a fun class that will have you moving with your breath and the music for an invigorating work out.
