General Suite Information

The Villas, an upscale boutique Inn with six Gervasi Villas each comprised of four individual suites (24 suites). Guests  have the option of reserving an individual suite or an entire Villa. The luxurious suites with cozy fireplaces are touched with Italy and designed with gorgeous Tuscan-inspired décor including stucco walls, heated travertine limestone floors, rustic wood doors, and wood ceiling details. Just across our spring-fed lake you can visit our beautiful grounds, Vineyard, Bistro, Marketplace and Pavilion for the ultimate Tuscan experience in Northeast Ohio.

• Complimentary Italian-style continental breakfast featuring house made pastries, granola and fresh fruit. Breakfast is delivered to each Villa Lobby in a rustic wine box.
• Upon entering our Tuscan villas, a spacious lobby (494 sq.ft.) greets you with comfortable style decor featuring portals to four private suites. Here you will find living room seating; dining seating; stone fireplace; and bakers rack with microwave, ice maker, refrigerator, and sink. The lobby has rear access to a shared patio (224 sq. ft.) and limited outdoor seating. Utilizing all four suites affords you exclusive use of the entire villa including the spacious lobby area and patio.
• Complimentary beverages including bottled water, teas and sodas are provided in the refrigerator of the Villa Lobby. Guest Services can replenish the supply if it runs low during your stay.
• Old-world style, handmade furnishings as well as geo-thermal heating and cooling throughout Gervasi Village.
