The refreshment of a spring rain with the brightness of a summer morning! This is how we like to describe this finely balanced wine. Look for nuances of Apricot and Peach along with a kiss of Riesling's natural acidity. Gentle, yet lively on the palate, its delicate flavor is perfect when paired with roasted vegetables, mild seafoods or Chef's Pollo Di Lemone (Lemon Roasted Chicken). Un accoppiamento perfetto!
