Call 330-497-1000, option 2 for restaurant reservations and more information after 2 PM Tuesday-Thursday, or after 12PM Friday - Sunday. We encourage reservations for dining in the Bistro, lunch and dinner. Respectfully, tables are booked based on a two hour dining experience.

Gervasi's Italian Bistro restaurant in Canton, Ohio seats 160 guests and includes an extensive rustic Italian menu served in small and large plate portions for sharing. Our restaurant menu includes fresh, seasonal ingredients including antipasti, salads, brick-fired artisan pizzas, entrees, and desserts.
Additional outdoor dining is available on the Piazza (Patio) in the summer months. Also consider the Cantino Cellar Room for private events and the Balconatta Loft as a casual meeting place with friends before dinner.
