The Villas, an upscale boutique Inn with six Gervasi Villas each comprised of four individual suites (24 suites). Guests have the option of reserving an individual suite or an entire Villa. All of our accommodations are tastefully designed with luxury and the feel of Tuscany in mind. Each room includes a cozy fireplace and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel bars. Additional amenities in each suite include TV monitor, luxury linens, a flat-screen television and refrigerator. Villa guests enter into a spacious lobby area which features four portals into the private suites.

Double Queen Luxury Suite

VILLA DESCRIPTION: Upon entering our Tuscan Style Villa, a spacious lobby greets you with comfortable Tuscan Style decor featuring portals to four private suites. Guests have the option of reserving an individual suite or an entire villa. Utilizing all four suites affords you the exclusive use of the entire Villa including the spacious lobby area and patio. The lobby area features living room seating, dining seating, stone fireplace, microwave, ice maker, refrigerator and sink. Rear access to the patio and outdoor seating.

DOUBLE QUEEN DESCRIPTION: This private suite features two Queen beds totaling 378 sq. ft. Fireplace, luxurious spacious bath with walk-in shower, TV monitor and heated towel bars. Plush linens, flat screen television, refrigerator, luxury room amenities and heated floors through-out. A complimentary Italian-style continental breakfast featuring house made pastries, granola, and fresh fruit along with coffee, yogurt and juice is delivered to each Villa every morning of your stay.
