Sala Rosa Maria (Ballroom B)
650 sq. ft. Seats up to 24 conference style, 40 plated dinner style, 24 classroom style, and 50 theater style

Ballaria Sophia (Ballroom A & B)
1920 sq. ft. (32’ x 60’) space with 720 sq. ft. outdoor Veranda (12’ x 60’)
Ballroom is beautifully detailed with carpeted floors, stucco walls, rustic chandeliers, 12’ ceilings, and stylish doors leading to the Veranda. Can accommodate up to 144 guest for dinner, 72 classroom style, and 200 theater style.

Conferenza Austino (Executive Board Room)
423 sq. ft. room located on the second floor. Private room with Executive style table seating 14, AV equipment, and hostess set up

Conferenza Lucco (Conference Room)
267 sq. ft. room located on the second floor. Conference-style room and table seating 8, with hostess setup

Atrium (Lobby)
969 sq. ft. lobby features stone floors, stucco walls, dramatic staircase, large stone fireplace, and dramatic tower projecting through the ceiling. The Lobby can be utilized for guest reception.
