Following are the Audio Visual capabilities available in each Villa Grande Meeting Space and the Villa Suites.

BALLARIA SOPHIA (Ballroom A & B)

1920 sq. ft. (32’ x 60’) space with 720 sq. ft. outdoor Veranda (12’ x 60’). Seats up to 144 guests for dinner, 96 classroom style, and 240 theater style.

Ballroom A/V Equipment:

  • Wired Handheld Microphone with on/off switch (2 for whole ball room / one per side)
  • Wired Miniature Gooseneck Podium Microphone with mute switch (2 for whole ball room / one per side)

CONFERENZA AUSTINO (Executive Board Room)

423 sq. ft. room located on the second floor. Private room with executive style table seating 14, A/V equipment, and hostess set up.

Boardroom A/V Equipment:

  • Drop-down 16:9 format video Screen (size 52" X 92" or 106" Diagonal)
  • Drop-down 3,000 Lumens High Definition Video Projector - HDMI input (SVGA to HDMI Converter)
  • (2) 52” 1080p 120hz LED TV monitors configurable for broadcast TV or HDMI from conference table
  • Polycom Soundstructure audio conferencing system with Omni-directional ceiling mount microphones
  • Boardroom equipped with multiple Ethernet connections and HDMI connections in the table

CONFERENZA LUCCO (Conference Room)

267 sq. ft. room located on the second floor. Conference-style room and table seating 12, with hostess setup.

  • 55” 1080p 120hz LCD TV monitor configurable for broadcast TV or HDMI
  • Polycom Soundstructure audio conferencing system with Omni-directional ceiling mount microphones
