Private Culinary Demonstration Events

Create a special event that includes a culinary demonstration, along with additional catering options.

Teach a bride to cook with friends at a bridal shower, challenge the members of your gourmet group to learn some new dishes, celebrate a special anniversary by learning how to create the meal you share with friends and family and have some fun!

Bring your clients, friends and family, corporate team, or club to the Villa Grande for a culinary demonstration as part of your special event or corporate event at Gervasi Vineyard.

Choose from our demonstration menus to create an experience that’s perfect for you and your guests. In addition to the dishes your chef will demonstrate, other menu items are available from our catering packages to enhance your event. Food can be served before, after, or integrated into your culinary demonstration.

Culinary demonstration events take place in the Ballaria (ballroom) at the Villa Grande. Facility fee and food and beverage minimum for the event space apply, in addition to the chef fee. The culinary demonstration menu, as well as any additional catering package options, will apply to the food and beverage minimum. Tax and service charge are not included.

Note: Private events at the Cucina are only available as a supplement to a special event or 
corporate retreat scheduled at Gervasi Vineyard, or to guests at the Villas. Standard rates for private Cucina events may vary slightly depending on the event options you choose.
