The Cucina Culinary and Wine Education Center

Housed in our elegant, Tuscan-inspired inn and event space, the Cucina at Gervasi Vineyard offers fun, inspiring, educational experiences filled with delicious food and memorable wines. The Cucina hosts cooking classes taught by top-notch instructors in our beautiful and spacious professional working kitchen. Interested in a food-and-wine-themed retreat? Register for a class or two and make a gourmet getaway by booking a room at The Villas, our luxurious, boutique inn. Your classes at the Cucina will be just across the courtyard, and you can spend your time outside class strolling our beautiful grounds, dining at The Bistro, exploring The Marketplace, or relaxing in front of the fireplace in your beautifully appointed room at the inn.

Looking for the perfect setting for a corporate team-building event, family celebration, office get-together, or wedding shower? The Cucina is it. We are happy to create a custom culinary and/or wine experience tailored for you and your guests that can be incorporated into your special event or corporate retreat at Gervasi Vineyard.
